Matthew Wimpey Memorial Trophy
Matthew Wimpey was the son of one of the original organisers of the event, Brian Wimpey. Matthew died tragically from an asthma attack at the age of 9

Reinhard le Roux, No 18 was one of the founders and Chairman of the original organising team. The trophy was donated by Sham Singh, Number 13 who is the only Pioneer having completed all events

Pioneers Trophy
In recognition of the Pioneers, the 70 finishers of the inaugural event in 1989. The trophy was donated by Sham Singh, Number 13 who is the only Pioneer having completed all events

The Petard Trophy
Petard is from the Norman French word 'peter' and the latin 'peditum' - to break wind. In other words, a fart.
Since at 70+ most of these participants are past their youthful prime, it is an appropriate trophy for our "old farts"

Evie Raubenheimer Trophy
Evie Raubenheimer has been involved with the event since its second year (1990) and has been Race Director since 1998. The trophy was donated by Danny & Pam Holton (Numbers 14 & 68). Danny completed his 30th consecutive run in 2018
